SRC Holdings Promotes Elizabeth Wente to General Counsel
SRC Holdings Corp. is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Wente has been promoted to General Counsel, effective October 9, 2025. She will report directly to Tim Stack, President of SRC Holdings.

Beyond her work at SRC, Wente contributes to the community through her service on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors for the Springfield Chamber of Commerce and on the Board of Directors for Friends of the Zoo.
“We’re fortunate to have deep bench strength and expertise on our legal team,” said Elizabeth. “I look forward to working with the team to build on the foundation Dennis Sheppard provided with a continued focus on strengthening our companies and improving the lives of our employee-owners.”
