  • Contact Us. If you contact us, you will provide us with your name, email address, company name, role, industry, state/region, and any information you choose to provide in your message.

  • Register for an Event. If you register for an event, you will provide us with your name, email address, organization, title, mailing address, and phone number.

  • Submit a Comment. If you submit a comment on our Site, you will provide us with your name, email address, organization, title and any information you choose to provide in your comment.

Personal Data as You Navigate Our Site We automatically collect certain personal data through your use of our Site and our use of cookies and other tracking technologies, such as the following:

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. Google Analytics uses Cookies or other tracking technologies to help us analyze how users interact with the Site and Services, compile reports on their activity, and provide other services related to their activity and usage. The technologies used by Google may collect information such as your IP address, time of visit, whether you are a returning visitor, and any referring website. Google reCAPTCHA

We use Google reCAPTCHA, a free service provided by Google, Inc., to protect our Site from spam and abuse. Google reCAPTCHA uses advanced risk analysis techniques to decipher humans and bots. Google reCAPTCHA works differently depending on what version is deployed. For example, you may be asked to check a box indicating that you are not a robot or Google reCAPTCHA may detect abusive traffic without user interaction. Google reCAPTCHA works by transmitting certain types of information to Google, such as the referrer URL, IP address, visitor behavior, operating system information, browser and length of the visit, cookies, and mouse movements. Google Search Console

Google Search Console is a Google search engine optimization (“SEO”) tool that helps us monitor our website’s performance, fix indexing issues and optimize content based on users’ search behavior.  For more detailed information, refer to the Privacy Policy – Privacy & Terms – Google

Hotjar

We may use Hotjar to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize the service and experience.  Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g., how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and do not like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. This includes a device’s IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our Site.  Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile.  Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.  For more information, please view Hotjar’s privacy page by clicking here.

HubSpot

We use HubSpot, an AI-powered customer platform that integrates marketing, sales, service and other information from you and other sources to help us better understand the needs of our customers and prospective customers.  HubSpot collects various types of information from users, including names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, customer experience data such as pages visited, links clicked, and time spent on our website and device data including browser type, operating system and IP address.  For more detailed information, you can refer to the HubSpot Privacy Policy.

LinkedIn

LinkedIn collects data about people and companies in multiple ways.  Information collected by LinkedIn includes your name, email addresses, job title and department, telephone numbers, company names and addresses, employment history, education history, professional affiliations and social media profiles.  For more information, refer to LinkedIn Privacy Policy‍ ‍

ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo collects data about people and companies in multiple ways, including the web, information provided by our users and customers, information licensed from other companies, and in-house research, third-party partnerships and AI-powered verification systems.  Information collected by ZoomInfo includes your name, email addresses, job title and department, telephone numbers, company names and addresses, employment history, education history, professional affiliations, social media profiles and inferences drawn from information gathered.  For more information, refer to ZoomInfo Privacy Policy

5.     “Do Not Track” Signals

Some internet browsers incorporate a “Do Not Track” feature that signals to websites you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. Given that there is not a uniform way that browsers communicate the “Do Not Track” signal, the Site does not currently interpret, respond to, or alter its practices when it receives “Do Not Track” signals.

7.     Retention of Information Collected

We keep personal data only for as long as required to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. However, in some circumstances we may retain personal data for longer periods of time, for instance where we are required to do so in accordance with legal, tax, and accounting requirements. We may also retain your personal data for longer periods of time so that we have an accurate record of your dealings with us in the event of any complaints or challenges. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal data, we will either delete or anonymize it.  

8.     Security

We maintain commercially reasonable security measures to protect the personal data we collect and store from loss, misuse, destruction, or unauthorized access. However, no security measure or modality of data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. Although we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9.     Third Party Links

The Site may contain links that will let you leave the Site and access another website. Linked websites are not under our control. We accept no responsibility or liability for these other websites.

10.  Children’s Privacy

The Site and Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal data from children under 13. No information should be submitted to or posted through the Site by users under 13 years of age. If a child under the age of 13 provides personal data to us, the child’s parent or guardian should contact us to request that we remove the personal data from our system. If we learn that any personal data we collect has been provided by a child under the age of 13, we will promptly delete the information.

11.  Notice to Nevada Residents

Nevada law allows Nevada residents to opt out of the sale of certain types of personal information. Subject to several exceptions, Nevada law defines “sale” to mean the exchange of certain types of personal information for monetary consideration to another person. We do not currently sell personal information as defined in the Nevada law. However, if you are a Nevada resident, you still may submit a verified request to opt out of sales and we will record your instructions and incorporate them in the future if our policy changes. State privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their personal data.
