SRC Holdings Announces Leadership Promotions at SRC Automotive and Springfield Remanufacturing Corp.

SRC Holdings Corp. is proud to announce executive staff internal promotions at two of its subsidiaries, effective February 1, 2026. These changes reflect SRC’s long-term strategy for growth in current markets and diversification to improve quality of earnings.

 

Dustin Davenport, General Manager of SRC Automotive, Inc.

Dustin Davenport, General Manager of Springfield Remanufacturing Corp. (SRC Heavy Duty), has taken on the role of General Manager at SRC Automotive.

Dustin joined SRC Heavy Duty in 2015 as an engineer with extensive experience in manufacturing and sales. During his tenure, he served as engineering manager and director of operations before his promotion to general manager in 2023.

Dustin has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Arkansas, has participated in SRC’s Leading Edge leadership programs and is a certified Great Game of Business Internal Coach.

In the community, Dustin serves as team director for a local youth bicycling team and as a board member for the Child Advocacy Center.

“I’m looking forward to joining Automotive and supporting the team as we build on our momentum, strengthen operations, and execute our long-term strategy,” said Dustin. “Auto is positioned well for continued growth and new partnerships.”

 

Grant Seifried, General Manager of SRC Heavy Duty

Grant Seifried, Director of Sales and Marketing at SRC Heavy Duty, has been promoted to General Manager.

In his 7 years with SRC Heavy Duty, Grant has been on an accelerated development and succession trajectory. In 2020 Grant was promoted to engines business unit manager where he played a key role in scaling the sales team from 2 to 13 individuals, including developing the Reman Tech Center.

Grant was promoted again in 2022 to director of sales and marketing where he led the sales team to diversify into new distribution channels in the aftermarket and added two new OEM customers. He also led the engineering team for 6 months to accelerate product development.

Grant has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Evangel University and a Master of Business Administration from Drury University.

Outside of work, Grant serves as vice chairman of the board of directors for Community Partnership of the Ozarks and serves a board member for Production Engine Remanufacturers Association (PERA).

Matt Ollila, Director of Sales & Marketing at SRC Heavy Duty

Matt Ollila, Engines Business Unit Manager at SRC Heavy Duty, has been promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing.

Matt joined SRC in 2025, bringing over a decade of sales, distribution and manufacturing expertise with global brands.

He held multiple roles at Textron Specialized Vehicles where he led a team to generate $6.5 million in revenue by targeting the sale of obsolete inventory. In his time at Tracker Off Road, he generated an additional $9 million in revenue by redesigning their shipping strategy.

Matt has a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management from Michigan State University.

“I’m excited to lead the sales and marketing team and build on Grant’s contributions. I’m passionate about financial literacy and SRC’s employee ownership culture,” said Matt. “By understanding the numbers, we make informed decisions that drive sustainable sales growth, deliver continuous improvements, and ensure we own the outcome.”
