The National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) named SRC Holdings Corporation in their 2021 Employee Ownership 100.
The list honors America’s largest majority employee-owned companies and includes the nation’s largest companies that are at least 50% owned by an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) or other broad-based employee ownership plan. In 2021, the top 100 employee-owned companies employed more than 631,000 people.
SRC Holdings is number 74 on the list with 1,800 full- and part-time associates across 10 companies, 9 of which are employee-owned. SRC has shared ownership since its founding in 1983, and expanded to 100% employee ownership in 2011.
