Mike White
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE
SRC Holdings Corp.
As Executive Vice President of Accounting & Finance, Mike White brings more than 14 years of experience across multiple SRC companies and in leadership roles.
A Springfield native, Mike left briefly to earn his accounting degree at Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri, graduating during the 2009 economic downturn. After two years in public accounting, he realized he wanted more than a traditional career in public accounting. Rather than serving as an outside advisor, Mike wanted to join a team building something for the long term.
That opportunity arrived in 2012 when he joined SRC Holdings as a Corporate Accountant. Early in his tenure at SRC, Mike gained exposure to the diverse family of businesses and took advantage of SRC’s tuition reimbursement program to complete his MBA at Missouri State University. He later served as Accounting Manager for The Great Game of Business before transitioning to SRC Logistics.
Over the next decade, Mike held a series of leadership roles at SRC Logistics, overseeing both accounting and operations. He ultimately served as President of SRC Logistics, working with teams in Missouri and Illinois to drive growth, improve performance, and expand the company’s capabilities.
In 2024, Mike returned to SRC Holdings as part of the company’s succession planning. Shortly thereafter, he played a key role as President in launching Genie Recon, SRC’s joint venture focused on remanufacturing construction equipment. That experience reinforced his passion for building businesses, developing people, and creating new opportunities for employees.
As Mike steps into the role of Executive Vice President of Accounting & Finance, he is focused on preserving SRC’s culture of ownership and positioning the company for its next chapter of growth. He believes one of SRC’s greatest strengths is its ability to offer people opportunities they might never have imagined for themselves.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time at the lake with his wife, Kimberly, and two boys, Macklin and Maddox. When time allows, he also enjoys golfing, hunting, and fishing.
