SRC Holdings Announces Executive Leadership Promotions

 

SRC Holdings Corp. is proud to announce two executive staff internal promotions. These changes reflect SRC’s ten-year strategic plan for growth in current products and the development of new products to meet the ever-changing challenges the future brings.

Chris Kleinfeld, General Manager of Springfield Remanufacturing Corp. (SRC Heavy Duty), is taking on the role of General Manager at SRC Electrical. Chris joined SRC Heavy Duty in 2012 as an engineering manager with 15 years of experience in engineering and manufacturing.

During his tenure, Chris was promoted to Director of Engineering in 2016 and again to General Manager in 2019. In his time as GM, Chris navigated Heavy Duty through the COVID-19 pandemic and led a significant financial turnaround including a 45% increase in PBT from 2019 to 2022.

“As an engineer, I’ve always had a passion for technology and innovation,” says Chris, “I’m excited to be part of the SRC team that will push the forefront of remanufacturing technology in an increasingly electrified transportation industry.”

Chris earned degrees in engineering and automotive power systems from Kettering University.

Chris began transitioning into his new role at SRC Electrical on November 1, with the change effective February 1, 2023, and he will be succeeded by Dustin Davenport.

Dustin Davenport, Director of Operations at SRC Heavy Duty, has been promoted to General Manager. Dustin joined Heavy Duty in 2014 as an engineer with an extensive background in manufacturing, design, engineering, and sales.

During his tenure, Dustin was promoted to Engineering Manager in 2016 and again to Director of Operations in 2019. Dustin led the Heavy Duty operations teams to record production numbers and provided support through the 90,000 square-foot facility expansion and re-layout while maintaining record shipments.

“After this opportunity was presented to me, it didn’t take very long to agree to help lead our HD Team,” says Dustin, “I can’t wait for us to break more records!”

Dustin earned an engineering degree from the University of Arkansas.

Dustin began transitioning into his new role as General Manager on November 1, with the change effective February 1, 2023.
