SRC Holdings Announces Executive Leadership Promotions, Expansion

 

Springfield, MO – SRC Holdings Corp. is proud to announce two promotions and an expansion to its executive leadership team. These changes reflect SRC’s strategic growth plans and support the long-term strength of its leadership team.

Effective February 1, 2024, Aaron LaRose, Vice President of Sales, will be promoted to General Manager of SRC Automotive, a tier 1 OEM supplier of new and remanufactured gasoline engines. Chris Merrifield, Chief Operations Officer, will be promoted to General Manager of NewStream Enterprises, a leading provider of comprehensive supply chain management services.

On February 19, 2024, Elizabeth Wente will join SRC’s executive legal team as deputy general counsel where she will work alongside the legal team managing corporate and subsidiary legal affairs. Her legal background and people-focused business approach proactively positions SRC’s legal team for long-term success.

About Aaron LaRose, General Manager of SRC Automotive

Aaron joined SRC Automotive in 2011 in operations and has held increasingly challenging roles within operations and sales before being promoted to vice president of sales in 2017. Aaron holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from Missouri State University and is a Certified Internal Great Game of Business Coach.

Aaron began his transition to general manager following the September 2023 announcement of General Manager Dwayne Jackson’s planned retirement.

Chris joined NewStream Enterprises (NSE) in 2017 in operations and assumed additional responsibility leading to his promotion to Chief Operations Officer in 2022. Chris has 25 years of prior experience in distribution and transportation including 18 years as general manager and director of distribution with Whole Foods Market.

Chris holds a certification in business administration from Cornell University and is a Certified Internal Great Game of Business Coach.
