BUSINESS LITERACY & OWNERSHIP
At SRC, employee-owners are trained to treat business as a game to better understand its practices. Associates are also educated on financial literacy to see how they can impact the numbers and create wealth for themselves and the company.
REGISTERED APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM
Gain real-world experience, pursue an education and avoid student debt with an apprenticeship at SRC. Participants receive a one-on-one mentor, earn wage increases at work milestones, and learn cutting edge technology practices from Ozarks Technical Community College.

At SRC, students immerse themselves in career specific, hands-on experience. In addition to working on special projects that innovate the way SRC raises the bottom line, interns are also given networking opportunities with peers and all levels of management. SRC offers programs in safety, engineering, finance, marketing, sales, human resources, IT and more.
